Fidesz wins second Parliamentary elections in 2010

On 25 April 2010 Fidesz won its second Parliamentary elections. The Fidesz-Christian Democratic People’s Party (KDNP) candidates won enough seats to achieve a two-thirds majority required to modify major laws and the country’s constitution. His second term was marked by even more profound changes like the changing of the Constitution with an article in support of traditional marriage and a controversial electoral reform, lowering the number of seats from 386 to 199.
